Delivery (by Post) : Surface Mail , EMS, Airmail, and SAL (Economic Air)

• Insurance premium is 8% of the total cost of goods, packing, and postal charges
• Insurance cover a breakage and damage that could occur due to external cause during transportation only, but does not cover lost and undelivering.

For replacement, please send photos of broken piece/s to us as reference. Siam Celadon will provide both replacement items and shipping expense with our own cost.

Note : in case of your delayed contact with post office at destination for goods receipt, parcel/s will be automatically returned to sender. Replacement is beyond Siam Celadon’s responsibility.
